American Simplex Electric Clocking in Clock
This is a “Clocking in” electric clock, originally used for workers paid by the hour to time stamp their working ours. Clock in at the start of the shift and clock out at the end. Worker would have a punch or stamp card which would be inserted into the machine, lined up with the central red notch.
This would be great for factory or office scenes.
