Vintage Blue Metal Full Service Gas Station Sign
This is a vintage American gas/petrol station sign that reads: Full Service Island, Stop Smoking, Stop Engine. Although less common in the modern day, back in the 60’s/70’s full service gas stations used to have attendants who would fill your car with fuel, check your fluids and tyre pressure which was all part of the “Full Service” and included in the price.
The sign is single sided and has numerous holes around the edge for mounting, some surface wear, scuffs and scratches.
