We just wish we had the rest of the car! Made in a time when automobiles was big and bold. This trunk lid is most probably off a 1948 Packard De Luxe Club Sedan, it’s a great bit of American automobillia, for display or restoration.

Description

Packard was an all American luxury automobile, Produced by the Packard Motor Company, In the once world famous car manufacturing city of Detroit. Michigan USA. The first Packard car was produced in 1899, and the last in 1956.  In 1953 Packard went on to merge with American wagon and automobile manufacturer Studebaker.

Our boot, or trunk lid is from 1948 -1949, as you can see it is in need of a little TLC, with surface rust on the underside and paint worn and flaking on the top side Scratches and the emblem is pitted. All said, it is a great display piece for an Americana bar with the road trip vibe, or any American automobilla fans.
